Additionally, nothing contained on this application shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alpha Centauri Technologies Incorporated, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of MyMedChat, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise, including for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Alpha Centauri Technologies Incorporated from and against all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of this EULA.

8. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this EULA unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

9. Variation of Terms
Alpha Centauri Technologies Incorporated is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using MyMedChat you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of MyMedChat.

10. Assignment
Alpha Centauri Technologies Incorporated shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and\/or obligations under this EULA without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under this EULA.

11. Entire Agreement
This EULA, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on MyMedChat, constitute the entire agreement between Alpha Centauri Technologies Incorporated and you in relation to your use of MyMedChat, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the California USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California USA for the resolution of any disputes
