MyMedChat Terms of Use (v2)
Version 2.0. Effective date: October 26, 2026
MyMedChat is operated by Alpha Centauri Technologies Inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using MyMedChat, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use MyMedChat.
1. What MyMedChat is, and what it isn't
MyMedChat is an AI chatbot that gives general medical information. Its answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- MyMedChat does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- No doctor, nurse or other licensed professional reviews your chats. Using MyMedChat does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.
- Don't use MyMedChat for emergencies. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988.
- Always talk to a qualified health professional before making health decisions, and don't delay or ignore care because of something MyMedChat said.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and live in a place where we offer MyMedChat. We do not currently offer it to residents of Washington or Nevada.
3. Your account

5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you type. You give us permission to process it, including sending it to our AI provider, only to operate MyMedChat for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or to protect users or the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll show you a material change and ask you to accept it before you keep using MyMedChat.
